Matt has been around the Republic/ Springfield area for just over 20 years. With an advanced understanding of automotive management, electrical diagnostics, operations, workflow, and customer relations, he leads the team at American Transmissions to be the best at what we do.

Dustin

Manager

Dustin, like others here at American Transmission, spent time in the United States military. When he made the transition back into the civilian job market, he looked to expand his knowledge and learn new trades. He did a short stent in HVAC repair before landing at American Transmissions with amazing leadership capabilities that keep the shop moving. He strives to help customers in understanding the problems, how they get fixed, and what to expect once the job is completed. He keeps our core values in mind while maintaining superb customer service.

Wyatt

Lead R&R Technician

Wyatt is a motivated, hardworking, and trusted addition to our team. Highly mechanically inclined, he came to us after he completed OTC’s medium duty mechanic course with an ASE certification. He is steadily learning transmission diagnostics and wiring to meet today’s increase in electronically controlled vehicles.

Jacob, even though the youngest of the technicians, is one of our brightest. With a superb automotive understanding and technical skills, he provides our transmissions with the ability to attain the industry's highest transmission warranty. He uses his knowledge and attention to detail to achieve the standardized quality control that is provided here at American Transmissions, day-in and day-out.
